This will include: finding the tenant; referencing the prospective tenants who have to demonstrate the ability to pay the rent; Maintenance of the property; Generally providing you the Landlord a hassle free process. As property owners ourselves, we will look after your property as we would one of ours. Going over and above the call of duty to ensure that your property is maintained the way you like it. We are cheaper than most high street estate agents, and do not charge for call outs to the property.
